About
Flowa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. Flowa has experience providing individual and couples counselling, with a focus on relationships, attachment, anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions. Her trauma-informed approach draws on somatic and nervous system work, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness, and she also has experience facilitating groups and relational practices for adults.
​Flowa’s own lived experience has given her a deep understanding of how the patterns we learn in our families and early relationships shape the way we love and connect. She deeply understands that healing happens in relationship, and that every person carries the inner wisdom to find their way home to themselves.
