Self-Care Group for Stress and Burnout

Feeling drained, overwhelmed, or in need of a pause?

Join us for a relaxed, supportive morning focused on rest, creativity, and practical approaches to self-care. Through grounding practices, mindful reflection, and creative art-making, you will have an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore ways to support your well-being during times of stress and burnout.

Overview

Join Summy, Bethany, and May in Port Moody for a gently facilitated group designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore supportive ways to manage stress and burnout.

You will be guided through grounding practices, mindful reflection, and creative art-making. No art experience is needed, and there is no pressure to create something polished or share more than feels comfortable.

This group offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences, and make space for rest and reflection in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

What You Can Expect

During the group, you will be gently invited to:

  • Experience grounding, somatic-based practices and mindful connection

  • Reflect on your current relationship with stress, rest, and self-care

  • Explore creative self-expression through facilitated art-making

  • Connect with others in a supportive group environment

  • Consider practical ways to support your well-being beyond the gathering

Come as you are. You do not need to consider yourself creative or have any previous art-making experience. All materials and guidance will be provided.

This group may be a good fit for you if you have been feeling overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected from yourself, or simply in need of intentional time to pause and recharge.
